Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) introduced a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court’s "Citizens United" decision. The 2010 ruling had several lasting consequences. Notably, the decision lifted restrictions on corporate campaign contributions, and classified donations as a form of free speech. Do you think Congress should act to get money out of politics?
