BLM protests have gone beyond what is wise. The point has been made, and the hard work involves legal reform, police reform, sentencing reform AND our representatives on the hill working together to promote unity. The black community and its leaders need to engage on the serious reforms required, instead of focusing on removing statues, etc. There also needs to be work on the black community itself. Nothing is gained by images of black people looting and burning stores. There needs to be a better sense of responsibility within the community and a joint push towards the required reforms. Don't see that joint and single minded community based agenda, which is a requirement for success.
