We Hold These Truths

Some religious and ethnic groups are definitely under attack by others around the world AND in the US but I couldn't say a specific "yes" because of the "and" in the question. I do not think religious freedom is under attack in the US in the way that the First Amendment is meant to protect religious freedom. The US and state governments are not establishing a religion or prohibiting people from the free exercise of religion. BUT many people, organizations, and legislators are trying to use the phrase "religious freedom" to ask their governments to infringe on other's freedoms and rights by letting them avoid non-discrimination and social safety net guaranties.
