    I think there should be a category, maybe. I say this because should it be up the companies or the governments or both to give these workers financial supplements. For example I see JC Penney on the list and read they have filed for bankruptcy. Under bankruptcy laws the court will determine if their are enough funds to pay workers. Since we are talking about garment workers in countries other than the US, maybe their country should be looking after them. Here in the US we are looking after all workers. In California even undocumented are getting something. Since there is no worldwide fund to assist these workers, maybe that’s the question we should be asking...should their be a worldwide fund to assist workers who are not otherwise being compensated for being furloughed during an world emergency. I vote, YES.
